Accompanying Guest Registration

Accompanying guests will receive a name badge to access all the conference facilities and events including the field trips. Accompanying guests are not allowed to be authors on submitted abstracts.

One day Registration

It is possible to purchase a one-day registration. This will allow to access the conference and enter the scientific sessions for that day only. One day registration costs € (Full) and € (Student).

Confirmation

Registration and payment will be confirmed by email. The registration will not be processed or confirmed until a copy of the bank transfer has been received (send to: icgg16@involcan.org). Once you have completed your registration and payment, you will receive confirmation via email. The confirmation message includes the registration receipt.

Letter of Invitation to Attend the ICGG16

A letter of invitation is available upon request for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference.
